Call For Papers: SALGA Research Colloquium
The South African Local Government Association (SALGA), in partnership with the University of the Western Cape’s Dullah Omar Institute, will host a research colloquium in Cape Town on 28 – 29 March 2018. The theme of the colloquium is “Rethinking Local Government Transformation: Spatial Planning, Robust Governance and Sustainable Financing as tools for developmental local government”
The colloquium will bring together municipal professionals, policy makers across the public sector, universities, policy institutes and other partners in local government. It is a platform for researchers to present and discuss research specific to local government, pursue direct policy impact of their work and exchange ideas for future research. This is a call for papers to be presented at the Colloquium.
