The Socio-Economic Rights Project (SERP) at the Dullah Omar Institute invites legal scholars, practitioners, community activists, and researchers to submit written contributions for an upcoming Special Issue of the ESR Review.
Across the African continent, community-based paralegals serve as vital first responders in the fight for socio-economic justice, bridging the vast gap between formal legal systems and marginalized communities. This special issue aims to critically reflect on their contributions, evaluate systemic hurdles, and highlight lessons learned from the front lines of legal empowerment.
