Prof. Yash Pal Ghai confirms participation

Prof. Yash Pal Ghai will take part in the plenary debate on the relevance of the South African transition for Constitution-Building in Africa.

 Prof. Ghai is the former chair of the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission, with many years of advising on constitutions, including in a number of countries including Iraq, Nepal, Papua New Guinea. He was the Sir Y K Pao Professor of Public Law at the University of Hong Kong until the end of 2006.
