Sixth African School on Decentralisation (ASD) [8-21 November 2026]

The theme for the Sixth African School on Decentralisation (ASD) is ‘Central-local Relations’.

The 2026 ASD will focus on how the relationship between central and local governments shapes decentralisation in Africa. This relationship often involves a tension between central control and local discretion.
