16th Dullah Omar Memorial Lecture
On 30 September 2026, the Dullah Omar Institute hosted the 16th Dullah Omar Memorial Lecture at the University of the Western Cape. The lecture was delivered by Justice Narandran Jody Kollapen under the theme “Sustaining the Constitution – Whose Responsibility?” The lecture provided an important platform for reflection and discussion on the shared responsibility of upholding and sustaining South Africa’s constitutional democracy.
