DOIs Satement at the 46th ACERWC Session
The Dullah Omar Institute for Constitutional Law, Governance and Human Rights at the Faculty of Law, University of the Western Cape, was proud to deliver a statement at the 46th Ordinary Session of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACERWC)!
We reflected on the 35th Anniversary of the African Children's Charter, embracing the theme: "Reflect, Renew, Recommit." Our ongoing partnership with the ACERWC is key to advancing child rights through education, research, and advocacy. We recommit to adopting the necessary measures to build "An Africa Fit For Children."
