Dullah Omar Institute Oral Submission on the National Health Insurance Bill
The Dullah Omar Institute recently made an oral submission to the Portfolio Committee on Health in Parliament based on a written submission made in November 2019. Our oral submission focused on three main themes, namely: • Concerns relating to the NHI Board appointment process based on our expertise and existing work on SOEs • Transparency in all areas of the NHI and; • Public Involvement
